Outdoor Burning
Our outdoor burning ordinance allows for outdoor burning during the following times:
Monday through Friday between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- A permit for burning outside scheduled times MUST be obtained from the Township Zoning Officer.
- Commercial Burning is Prohibited.
- Burning is prohibited on Sunday.
- Outdoor burning bans may be imposed from time to time during extremely dry weather conditions.
- A controlled burn must be overseen and have a source of water nearby. If you live in a development, check with your association office, as some prohibit burning altogether.
