Note: Signs are not permitted on any post, pole, traffic sign or signal. Signs can only be a maximum of five square feet (5'). No temporary sign is permitted within any street or highway right of way, as per Sec. 1202.415. Temporary signs can be erected on private property if the owner or occupant of the property permits the sign. The above section if from the Sign Ord.

The holder of the permit MUST immediately remove all signs at the end of the sale.
